The motor of the track oriented mobile track detection vehicle is XQ series DC brush motor with rated voltage of 48V, which is specially used for metallurgy. The insulation grade is F and the protection grade is IP44.
1. The requirements for laying the track of the battery electric flat car are low, and it is easy to realize the non linear way such as curve and ring.
2. The capacity of storage battery is different, and large capacity or small capacity shall be selected according to the working time. The battery power supply has high safety performance, and environmental protection and pollution-free are advocated.
3. The rail car is a flat car powered by DC. The DC power traction motor provides power, and the DC motor drives the flat car. There is no requirement for track insulation, so the construction is convenient and the cost is low. Compared with AC motor, AC motor has the advantages of nonflammable bad motor, large starting torque and strong overload capacity. Compared with the other two kinds of electric flat cars, its flexibility and safety are unmatched.
